Bettpawa Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and BettPawa ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bettpawa platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other means — you explicitly and unconditionally agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised not to use the bettpawa platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use bettpawa's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf — not on behalf of a corporation or any other party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using the platform for legal or policy reasons.
• Never had an account closed by bettpawa due to a previous breach of terms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

BettPawa reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bettpawa. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through another person, is a violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including activity carried out by any party who gains access with or without your authorization.
• Notify bettpawa immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that the personal information in your account is accurate and up to date.

BettPawa uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and automated activity monitoring to protect your account. It is strongly recommended that you enable these security features in your account settings.

4 Deposits & Transactions

BettPawa accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods approved by the platform:

• DuitNow — instant interbank transfer
• FPX — online payment via all major Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and others)

All deposits are processed instantly or within a timeframe depending on the selected payment method. bettpawa does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account level.

5 Cash Withdrawal

Winning withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the bettpawa account holder. bettpawa does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

The key withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the withdrawal page — there is no maximum limit for standard withdrawals.
• Processing time is between 1 to 24 working hours depending on the selected withdrawal method.
• For amounts exceeding certain thresholds, additional verification may be required and processing times may be longer.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn.

BettPawa reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. You will be notified directly should this occur.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BettPawa offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated in the relevant promotion details. General terms applicable to all bonuses are:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate table games or sports betting.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

BettPawa reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons without prior notice in serious cases:

• Fraudulent activity or any attempt to manipulate the platform.
• User requests for self-account closure (including self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons).
• Legal or regulatory compliance requirements.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so via account settings or by contacting bettpawa customer support. Valid balances in accounts closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10 Liability Limits

The bettpawa platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, bettpawa makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or delays.

BettPawa is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions or issues with the user's device.
• Losses resulting from technical errors beyond BettPawa's control.
• Game outcomes that have been correctly settled in accordance with the established rules.

11 Responsible Gaming
